Alhamdulillah...i had d opportunity 2 finally meet Nurul & her 2 lil' daughters b4 she fly back 2 London last nite. Her mother, Ummi is coming along 2 stay wit her there for 2 months inshaAllah. For the past 2 months also Nurul had spent time in her hometown in Kuantan & i hadnt the chance to visit her. i think the last time we met was abt 6 or 7 yrs ago at KLIA also when she was goin 2 further her study in Egypt. Luckily my other SMAI friends asked me 2 join along 2 meet her there.
My parents came along 2 KLIA too. Back then, I used to ask my dad to pick me up after skool fr Nurul's house. She had the shock when she 1st saw my dad then, thinking "What's this Chinese tow key doing in front of the house?" kihkih.. & Nurul's mom, Ummi, was the 1 who represented my parents at skool when i was in form 5 to sign up my performance report card as my family was living in KL at dat time.
Boy, u did have extra baggages there Nurul!? hehe... Understandably, it's so hard to choose & arrange on wat 2 bring back n not knowing when is the next time u'l b here in M'sia. I wonder myself how r u goin 2 carry all those bags in hands wit ur 2 lil' daughters along?? Ummi isnt dat strong to carry much...i do hope thngs went well all the way. i somehow miss holding Maryam in my arms ;) when she was sleeping oh so peacefully... Wish i had d chance to hold Khadija next :)
Well, do keep in touch & tell us how the kids r & also how's Ummi being there for d 1st time...! ;)
Furthermore readers, the one whom i wrote letters to during skool holidays, & the one whom i exchanged songs' lyrics with at skool is none other than Puan Nurul herself. There, i hope u wont mind me telling dis Nurul ;P They have no idea how cheeky we were!? Do u remember that horn beetle in the matchbox trick? I had U good didnt i??! :p
